形状は、1960年代ベイツスタイル・8.5インチ幅ソロシートのタック＆ロールを忠実に復刻。

当時のサイズバランスを踏襲し、1インチ厚と2インチ厚の2種類を展開しています。

縫い目の見えない伝統的なタックロール構造、表皮の縫製ライン、
張り込み用のビス、鉄製プレス加工によるシートパンなど、
外観から内部構造に至るまで徹底的に再現。

A 60s Bates-style solo seat, crafted using premium crack leather developed jointly by W&Co. and a Japanese leather manufacturer.
The defining feature is its aging expression.
Rather than relying on surface-level distressing such as sanding or paint, this leather reproduces the natural aging that occurs over 50–60 years.
Each piece is individually finished by skilled craftsmen, creating a deep, organic texture that is nearly indistinguishable from genuine vintage.
This is not an imitation of “vintage style,”
but a material that faithfully captures the essence of aging itself—resulting in an authentic vintage presence.
The shape is a precise reproduction of a 1960s Bates-style 8.5-inch-wide solo seat with a classic tuck-and-roll pattern.
Maintaining the original proportions, it is available in two thickness options:

From the traditional hidden-stitch tuck-and-roll construction, to the stitching lines, mounting screws, and pressed steel seat pan,
