最大の特徴は、ヤスリや塗装による表面的なエイジングではなく、実際に50〜60年の年月を経て生じる革の経年変化を再現したレザー表現にあります。

熟練の職人が一点一点クラック加工を施すことで、自然で奥行きのある質感を生み出し、一見してヴィンテージと見分けがつかないレベルに仕上げています。

単なる雰囲気ではなく、“経年変化そのもの”を再現した素材により、本物に限りなく近いヴィンテージの空気感を持つシートです。

形状は、1960年代ベイツスタイル・8.5インチ幅ソロシートとピリオンパッドを忠実に復刻。

当時のサイズバランスを踏襲し、ソロシートは1インチ厚／2インチ厚、ピリオンパッドは用途に応じた2サイズ（Small / Middle）を展開しています。

表皮の縫製ライン、張り込み用のビス、鉄製プレス加工によるシートパンなど、
外観から内部構造に至るまで徹底的に再現。
細部に至るまで一切の妥協なく仕上げています。

実際に貴重なヴィンテージを分解・検証し、この分野に精通したデザイナーと熟練職人が共同で開発。

A 60s Bates-style solo seat and pillion pad set, crafted using crack leather developed in collaboration between W&Co. and a Japanese leather manufacturer.
The defining feature of this set is its authentic aging expression.

Rather than relying on artificial distressing such as sanding or paint, the leather reproduces the natural aging that occurs over 50–60 years.

Each piece is individually finished by skilled craftsmen, creating a deep, organic texture that closely resembles genuine vintage leather.

This is not simply a “vintage look,”
but a material that faithfully captures the character of natural aging.

The set includes a faithfully reproduced 8.5-inch-wide 1960s Bates-style solo seat and a pillion pad.

Maintaining original proportions, the solo seat is available in 1-inch and 2-inch thickness options, while the pillion pad comes in two sizes: Small and Middle.

From construction to the stitching lines, mounting hardware, and pressed steel seat pan,
every visible and unseen detail has been executed with precision.

Developed through the disassembly and study of rare vintage originals,
this set is designed to deliver an authentic vintage feel in a practical, everyday form.
It is also recommended as a functional setup for preserving original vintage seats.
